Two timing...

It took two times to the track and Mike Erdley's Eagle car performed as needed to place his team, and family, in the winners circle at Port Royal Speedway. The Zemco Speed Equipment 1Z followed the 11 to the stripe making it a EMI 1-2. Jack Dover had a two win weekend starting Friday in the 14th annual Budweiser Shootout at the U.S. 36 Raceway with the ASCS Warrior Region. Jack led a flock of Eagle's to the line with Jake Martens second and Jay Russell third. JDR continued the success on Sunday traveling south to Wichita for the second triumph at 81 Speedway. Seth Bergman rolled into Devils Bowl battered by highway miles but focused on the task at hand and when the dust cleared he stood on the front stretch ahead of an all star lineup of ASCS National cars. Ty Johnson represented the LA Bayou Sprinters well at St. Tammany Speedway winning the feature event. Thomas Kennedy laid down a bit of history with a sub 8 second lap at River Cities Speedway becoming the fastest driver in quarter mile history. DJ Brink also laid down some fast laps enabling him to stay ahead of the field at Black Hills Speedway. Darren Berry piloted his Schnee car to victory in Norton, KS at Elmwood Park Speedway.
