2024 Minor Release Waiver
Attention Drivers / Crews - This is the minor waiver that needs to be completed before your children enter the pits. To save on time please print and complete this with a notary before you come to the speedway. The minor waiver is used for ages 17 and younger. You have 2 options:
- The minor waiver can be signed each time prior to each event as long as both the parents/guardians are there to sign. This does not need to be notarized.
- There can be an annual minor waiver signed and notarized. But the first time it is dropped off, both parents/guardians need to be there.
We will have these available at sign in, but if you plan on bringing your children more than once, the notarized option is easiest. We will keep this at the check in shack all season. This will keep the line moving much faster, thank you!
